#Post 9 : Industrialization and the working Mechanism

Industry has gone through many phases, it all started with industry 1.0, also known as the 1st Revolution in the industrial world. It was all about steam power and mechanization, which brought jobs and the world was introduced to industrialization. During this phase, the world was introduced to steam engines, coal-powered mechanization. It was the growth of the industry, which lead to job creation and boosting the economy. Then came, a new entry in the market which took industrialization to the cutting-edge stage, and industry 2.0 begin.

Ford was among the first to set the industry on a new stage with mass production and assembly line. This was the 2nd Revolution an introduction to electrical energy and industry started shifting from coal and steam to electricity. As we all know that Henry Ford, was the one to come up with the concept of the assembly line and increasing production to mass. This was the phase where job creation was on peak, as people use to work in a different shift to meet the requirement and follow the concept of mass production.

This was the golden phase for industrialization, where job creation, production, consumption were at uttermost. This was the stage when manufacturing was at the most. This interval has played a major role in the whole industrialization history. Many companies took a deep drive during this period and made their pillars strong for the coming growth.



 

 

With the dynamic changes came the changes in functioning, there came the 3rd Revolution, which changed the industrialization, this period was known as industry 3.0. This phase was about Automation, computers, and electronics. This is phases brought people close to their destruction. Industry loosened people and favored automation. Now the world has been set for cut-throat competition.

Automation was changed everything, quality and quantity were improved due this and people favored automation, which has boosted the growth of industry 3.0, this was a short phase, as the industry every quickly shifted to industry 4.0.

People are still not aware of industry 4.0. Industry 4.0 is all about AI and Could Computing. Development in technology has changed the working styles as new software and a system like Data Cloud, BlockChain, etc.. have changed the world around. There comes the change, industry has changed around with the updating technology and fast adoption rate, industry has moved on from people to machine, now days the trend has loosened from machine to smart technology

Industry 4.0 is the current trend, unskilled labor are impacted the most, as to run this industry skills are required and more important knowledge. There is no place for unskilled labor in industry4.0. With continuous updates and innovation, it won’t be far that we may enter industry 5.0 ever soon…
